Description: Each three-serving box contains 7 oz of low protein rice and a dry sauce mix. Add nondairy creamer to make a quick and easy side dish or meal.
Preparation: Place contents of seasoning package into 3/4 cup non-dairy liquid creamer to hydrate. Mix together and set aside. Stir rice into 8 cups boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes stirring frequently until tender. Drain and rinse very well with hot water and set aside. In same pan over medium heat, add sauce mixture and stir until it begins to bubble and thicken. Remove from heat and return rice to pan with sauce. Stir to mix thoroughly and serve.
Serving Suggestions: Add a measured amount of your favorite low protein veggies.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
